Response to DMCA Complaints
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or Disable Access: Promptly remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Notification: Notify the user who posted the content about the removal or disabling of access to the material.
- Repeat Infringers: Terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the Removed Material: A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your service provider is located.
